How do I order?

How many days in advance do I need to order?
A minimum of 3 days in advance. If you need custom decorations such as pictures, logos, custom fondant work, etc., please allow one week or more.

Do you ship cupcakes?
Soon! We expect to be able to ship our cupakes by the end of May 2013. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.

Do you deliver?
YES, WE DELIVER!
Delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday between 8 am-5 pm with a two hour window, with 3 days advance notice. Minimum delivery order is three dozen cupcakes.
There will be a $10 charge for all deliveries within 20 miles; a $15 charge applies for deliveries 21-30 miles from our location. We do not deliver farther than 30 miles.
All delivery orders must be prepaid; our delivery agents do not carry cash.

How many flavors can I choose in my 1 dozen box of cupcakes?
You can choose up to 2 different flavors per 1 dozen cupcakes. If you want an assorted box of more than two different flavors, you may choose the flavors we have available on the menu that day.

Can I get an assorted box of minis?
You may choose up to 2 flavors in your 2 dozen mini cupcake order.

When should I pick up my cupcake order if my event is on Sunday or Monday?
All Sunday & Monday orders may be picked up on Saturday. They will be the last batch baked so they still be fresh and taste delicious for your event.

If I have an allergy, is it ok for me to eat Cupcakeology cupcakes?
Cupcakeology is NOT tree or pine-nut free. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, you may not want to eat our cupcakes.

Do you rent cupcake stands?
We do not rent cupcake stands but we do offer a five tier round paper cupcake stand for purchase at $20 per stand. Please order five days in advance.
